Booking Policy

a. Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by YourHotel Ella.
  • You must provide accurate personal and payment details when making a booking.
  • Once confirmed, a booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email.

b. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: until 11:00 AM
    (Please contact us in advance for early check-in or late check-out requests subject to availability and possible charges.)

Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made securely online via PayHere Payment Gateway or on arrival (if applicable).
  • For online bookings, a valid payment method is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Any applicable taxes, service charges, or local fees will be clearly displayed before checkout.
  • Payment processing is handled by PayHere and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand travel plans can change. Our policy is as follows:

  • Free cancellation: up to 7 days before your arrival date.
  • 50% charge: if cancelled 3-6 days before arrival.
  • No refund: for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or in case of a no-show.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method, subject to PayHere’s processing time and any applicable transaction fees.

Changes to Your Booking

If you need to modify your booking (dates, number of guests, or room type), please contact us at info@yourhotel.com or by phone at +94 XX XXX XXXX.
Changes are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.

Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests, staff, and property.
YourHotel Ella reserves the right to cancel a booking or ask a guest to leave the premises (without refund) if they:

  • Cause damage or disturbance
  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Violate resort rules or staff instructions

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms or resort property during their stay.

Liability

While we take all reasonable care, YourHotel Ella shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Injury or illness during your stay (unless caused by our negligence)
  • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, power outages)
